DWAMBA. TXIKITS PRINT

Dwamba was born from the gesture of sending postcards with collages that mix fragments of folklore and city to friends. Today, that gesture has been transformed into an artistic custom that celebrates remembrance, the quotidian and the symbolic.

Each piece is a small tribute transformed in a postcard, magnet, print or map, that are edited in limited series and that are made with love, some humor and great attention to detail. Between London and Bilbao, between analogue and digital, Dwamba continues to grow as a visual archive of personal and collective memories.

This print is part of the collection "The city as a person: Bilbao". Inspired by the saying "They always go in gang and when they go out for a jar, they end up being 10. From Deusto to Bilbao and vice versa."
