Sales and Returns Policy

The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 days from the date of purchase.

To make an exchange or return any purchase made in our store it is necessary to present the purchase receipt. The items must be in perfect condition and with all tags attached.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used when the purchase was made. If the refund using the original payment method is not possible, a gift voucher will be offered.

Special conditions applicable to exchanges and returns of certain items:

• Earrings: these items cannot be returned.
• Accessories: these items must be returned with their original bag or carton intact.
• Packs: those items which are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
• Special packaging and additional accessories: those items with special packaging (cloth bags, special boxes, etc.) included or which contain additional accessories must be returned with such packaging and in their original condition.

Returns of purchases made via our website must be made by sending an email to dendaz@azkunazentroa.eus. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
