This book selects unique elements that are very representative of the architectural heritage of Bilbao. District by district, neighborhood by neighborhood, watercolor and historical narrative come together to offer an unusual book, in which the compositional evolution of the urban plot of the villa is emphasized. The book analyzes styles, functionality and artistic value.

This work of the historian María Jesús Cava and the painter Elena Ciordia offers an architectural repertoire whose originality consists in bringing to the story an innovative dialogue about the city, aesthetic and history.

Bound in hardcover, it is composed by 128 pages, 78 watercolors and an important set of texts that tell us about the history and provide relevant data of each architectural element mentioned. By way of brushstrokes, the book includes interesting summaries in Basque.
